Hi! My name is Rithik Kapur and I am a rising Junior at West Windsor Plainsboro High School North in Plainsboro, NJ. I'm honored to serve as the Executive Board Co-President alongside my partner Logan, for Small Step Loans. I'm extremely passionate about aiding impoverished people around the globe. Outside of SSL you can find me running track, on the basketball court, or gazing at the stars. In college I plan to study Astrophysics while also pursuing a passion in business.

Hi, my name is Owen Hammer and this is my first year serving as Executive Board Treasurer of Small Step Loans. I'm a rising senior at Harriton High School in Bryn Mawr, PA, and a dual-enrollment business student through Gwynedd Mercy University. Outside of school, I enjoy playing golf, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places through travel. I plan to study business in college and pursue a MBA, with the goal of using financial strategy to drive meaningful impact. I'm proud to support Small Step Loans' mission of empowering small businesses through thoughtful microfinance initiatives.

Hi, I am Sophie Rothfeld, a junior at Livingston High School in Livingston, New Jersey. I am the Executive Board Outreach Director for Small Step Loans. Outside of SSL, you can find me writing poetry, reading, working with Livingston FBLA, or playing softball. During my second year with SSL, I am excited to support small businesses through microfinance and work towards alleviating global poverty. 

Hi, my name is Darshan Chidambaram, and I am a freshman at the Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. I have a passion for helping the public and those in need. Outside of SSL, you can find me on the Lawrenceville Debate Team, on the tennis courts, or reading the news. I can't wait to continue my work on the SSL EBoard towards our goals of helping underprivileged communities!
